1. Scope
These Terms govern creation and use of the Arukadia account and available online functions. Arukadia is a project and brand personally managed by the controller identified in the Privacy Notice, not an incorporated company. These Terms are not a sale offer, subscription or software purchase contract.
2. Age and account
Registration is for people aged 18 or over. A declaration is required, not a birth date or identity document. Your account is personal: provide a usable email address, protect your credentials and do not share passwords, MFA codes or recovery codes. Your display name may be a pseudonym.
3. Acceptable use
Unauthorised access, bypassing authentication, licences or permissions, unlawful activity, attacks or interference, abuse of registration or email systems, and harmful automated use are prohibited. Do not share third-party data without authority.
4. Licences and privileges
Registration alone does not grant Astro Haviant, licences, products, administrative roles or restricted access. Assignments are separate and managed through the applicable authorisations. These Terms do not replace the licence conditions for individual software products.
5. Availability and suspension
Experimental features, tests and previews may change, be suspended or withdrawn. Accounts may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, abuse, violations of these Terms or protection of the service and others. Where possible, the reason and a contact for clarification will be provided. Mandatory liabilities and legal protections remain unaffected.
6. Closure and intellectual property
Request account closure at account@arukadia.com. Data is handled under the Privacy Notice; suspension or closure does not mean immediate deletion of every record. Trademarks, software, interfaces and content belong to their respective owners. Creating an account transfers no ownership rights.
7. Privacy and changes
Data processing is described separately in the Privacy Notice. These Terms have their own version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect; any new acceptance will not prevent account recovery or access to the notice. These conditions are accepted during new registrations; no acceptance is attributed retrospectively to existing accounts.
8. Applicable law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to the user. No exclusive forum limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact: account@arukadia.com.
